    No, at this time we only offer indoor slumber party set-ups and indoor picnic set-ups.
  • How long does it take to complete set-up?
    Set-up can take anywhere between 1 and 3 hours depending on the add-ons selected, number of guests and other factors.
  • What is needed to reserve a date?
    We work on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $100 deposit and signed contract are required to reserve a party date and theme.
  • What is the damage fee and how do I get it back after my party is over?
    The damage fee is held until after rental equipment pickup. If there are no damages to Cozy Camper property, the amount is fully returned. The fee is returned using the same payment method that was used to submit payment.
  • Do you offer custom themes for events at Cozy Campers?
    Yes, we believe that every event should be as unique as our clients, and our team is dedicated to bringing your vision to life. In the event of inclement weather, such as snow, flooding, or ice, we will postpone your event to a later, available date within 365 days from the originally scheduled date. If inclement weather occurs on the day of pickup, we will delay pickup until it is deemed safe for our team to travel. Rest assured, we will work closely with you to reschedule your event to ensure it is as magical as you envisioned, despite any weather challenges.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my event with Cozy Campers?
    At Cozy Campers, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your event, please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide the flexibility to reschedule your event within 365 days of the originally scheduled party date, subject to availability. This allows you to maintain peace of mind knowing that your celebration can still happen at a later time that works better for you. To reschedule, simply get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss available dates and make the necessary arrangements.
  • How much space is needed for setting up the teepee and mattress for my event with Cozy Campers?
    Each teepee and mattress setup by Cozy Campers requires a space of approximately 4.5 ft. by 6 ft., which includes a twin-sized mattress with each teepee. For a smooth and safe arrangement, we generally recommend having at least 16 ft. by 24 ft. of free space, depending on the number of teepees you plan to rent.
  • What can I do to prepare for a Cozy Campers sleepover party?
    To help us create the perfect setting, there are a few steps you can take to prepare the party area: 1. **Smoke and Pet-Free Zone:** Ensure the area where we'll be setting up is free of smoke and pets to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. 2. **Cleanliness:** Please have the setup area as clean as possible. A tidy space helps us work efficiently and ensures the best outcome for your event. 3. **Furniture Arrangement:** Move as much furniture out of the area as possible before our arrival.   • When is the final payment due for my event with Cozy Campers?
    The final payment for your event with Cozy Campers is due 1 week prior to the date of the event. If the payment is not received by this time or if the date is not changed, your security deposit will be forfeited. This policy ensures that we can plan and execute your event smoothly and responsibly. If you have any concerns or need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any potential issues.
  • What is your delivery area and do you charge a delivery fee?
    At Cozy Campers, we provide delivery services to Peoria and surrounding towns. Most of our customers within this area benefit from free delivery. However, if your location is more than 15 miles from Peoria, IL, a fee of $2 per mile will apply. This fee covers both delivery and pickup to ensure a seamless experience for your event. Should you have any questions regarding your location or require a quote, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Can I keep the teepees for more than one night?
    Absolutely! We want you and your guests to have the teepee sleepover party of your dreams! If that means keeping the teepees for an extra night, we're happy to accommodate. For a fee of $25 per teepee per night, you can extend your party for an additional day or two, subject to inventory availability and our booking schedule. Just let us know your plans, and we will do our best to ensure you have a magical experience.
  • Will you set up our teepees in the morning and let us keep them overnight?
    Yes! Our team will set up your teepees starting in the morning, with setup times scheduled between 10am and 3 pm, depending on circumstances and schedules. You are welcomed and encouraged to keep the teepees overnight. Pickup will be scheduled the following day between 10am and 12pm.
  • What if I have pets and want to book an event with Cozy Campers?
    We absolutely love fur babies and understand that they are part of the family. However, to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our inventory for all guests, we kindly request that pets are kept off our teepees, beds, blankets, pillows, and decor. This helps prevent any damage and keeps animal hair off our items. Additionally, for a smooth setup process, please ensure that pets are removed from the area during setup. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone! You will be charged a pet cleaning fee should there be signs of pets on Cozy Campers property.
  • What ages are suitable for Cozy Campers' slumber party experiences and indoor picnics?
    Our slumber parties and indoor picnics are designed for children ages 5 and to adults.
  • What is the ideal reason to host a slumber party or picnic with Cozy Campers?
    Hosting a slumber party or picnic with Cozy Campers is the perfect way to create unforgettable memories for a variety of special occasions! Our clients love to celebrate birthday parties, sports team building events, youth group gatherings, cousin crew slumber parties, and even overnight stays at grandma's house. For those who prefer daytime or evening only festivities, our picnics are ideal for birthday parties, girls' nights, group date nights, and delightful tea parties.
  • What if I need to add or remove teepees at the last minute?
    At Cozy Campers, we understand that guest lists can change at the last minute, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. If you need to add teepees to your booking, we will do our best to fulfill your request based on availability. Each additional teepee will incur a fee of $50. If a teepee needs to be removed at the last minute that's okay too, however the original booking fee will remain.
  • Does Cozy Campers offer a DIY option for slumber parties?
    Yes, Cozy Campers offers a DIY option for slumber parties! Our DIY package includes delivery and pickup the next day, giving you the convenience of having everything you need brought right to your door. You'll be responsible for setting up and decorating, which allows you to put your personal touch on the event. The DIY option comes with twin air mattresses instead of our foam mattresses. This package is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on planning and want to create a unique and memorable slumber party while saving some money.
  • What types of mattresses are included with your event packages at Cozy Campers?
    Cozy Campers offers different types of mattresses based on the package you choose. For our Signature Slumber Party Package, we provide 4-inch foam mattresses. These foam mattresses are designed to ensure a restful and cozy sleeping experience for your guests. Alternatively, if you opt for our DIY option, we include twin air mattresses, which offer a convenient alternative for an easier setup.
  • Does Cozy Campers provide food for picnic events?
    No, Cozy Campers does not provide food for picnic events. We specialize in renting picnic setup items, including low profile tables, floor cushions, and decorative elements, to create a cozy and memorable picnic experience. The actual food is the responsibility of the client.
